Chris Charlwood is an entrepreneur, developer and investor with broad experience building and backing businesses, particularly in multi-location sectors.

Through Charpac Properties, Chris has completed a range of successful real estate projects in Vancouver and Seattle, including apartment buildings, retail properties, luxury residential homes and subdivisions.

He has also been active in technology, where he helped create the first online travel company, and he has been a significant investor in the resource sector since 2005, particularly in gold miners.

Chris is an active Director of Charlwood Pacific Group, whose businesses include Century 21 (Canada and Asia Pacific), Century 21 Property Management, Centum Financial and Uniglobe Travel.

Jeremy has worked as both an adviser and a principal during his 35+ year career. He has spent much of his career in senior investment banking and private equity roles and, since 2000, has been based in Canada investing in and advising private companies.

A qualified CA, he was previously joint Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Second City Capital, where he successfully invested in a number of private businesses across North America.

Prior to co-founding SouthPac Partners, he was senior managing director, M&A at Deloitte, where he founded the BC mid-market M&A practice starting in 2006. While at Deloitte he also spent four years in Beijing, building a global M&A practice and assembling a strong network of investors and corporate relationships.
